Tenants & shops
Each business that signs up to Calendyo becomes its own tenant with a dedicated shop URL. Tenant data is logically separated so booking, payment and backup information is scoped to that shop only.
Services & availability
Services define what your business offers: name, description, duration and price. Availability rules determine when those services can be booked, including working hours and unavailable dates.
Bookings, payments and statuses
Every booking has its own status (pending, confirmed, cancelled) and a matching payment status (pending, paid, failed, pay on arrival). Calendyo keeps these in sync when payments succeed or bookings are updated from the dashboard.
Backups
The admin area lets you create full database backups, while each tenant can export a backup of just their own data. This gives you an extra recovery option in addition to your hosting provider backups.
