• Abuse our infrastructure through automated scraping or denial of service attacks.

3. Payments & Billing

Calendyo may offer subscription plans and transaction-based features. Pricing and billing details will be displayed in your account or on the pricing page.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up-to-date. Failed payments may result in limited access or suspension of your account until resolved.

4. Bookings & Customers

You are solely responsible for the services you offer, the availability you configure, and for honouring your bookings and customer commitments. Calendyo provides tooling, but does not guarantee the outcome of any booking or transaction.

5. Data & Backups

Calendyo provides backup tools so you can export and restore your business data. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining copies of critical information for your business records.

6. Termination

You may stop using Calendyo at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or create security risks for other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Calendyo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of bookings, or loss of revenue arising from use of the platform.
