This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for bookings and subscriptions made through Calendyo.

1. Booking Cancellations (Your Customers)

As a business using Calendyo, you control your own cancellation rules for customers. We recommend that you clearly communicate:

  • How far in advance customers can cancel or reschedule.
  • Whether last-minute cancellations are refundable.
  • Any no-show or late cancellation fees.

2. Online Payments via OnePay

When your customers pay online through OnePay, the actual payment processing and refunds are handled by the payment gateway and your connected merchant account.

Calendyo updates booking and payment status based on successful or failed transactions, but we do not hold customer funds. Any refunds must be initiated through your payment provider and will follow their timelines and policies.

3. Calendyo Subscription Refunds

Calendyo may offer paid subscription plans. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period.
  • Fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable.
  • You can cancel future renewals at any time via your account settings.

4. Disputes

If your customer disputes a charge, this will be handled by your payment provider according to their dispute process. Calendyo can help provide booking information but is not a party to the financial transaction between you and your customer.
